Reservation Terms and Conditions
All reservations are accepted subject to availability on receipt of deposit (cheque made payable to Cottage Court Hotel or debit / credit card). Provisional reservations by telephone will be accepted, but postal confirmation will be required within 4 days (except at short notice and bank holiday periods when credit card details will be required to secure the room), or the room will be re-let.
“We promise to honour your booking, you promise to pay for the whole period of your reservation”. Settlement of your final account to be concluded on arrival or soon thereafter.
A non-returnable deposit of the first nights accommodation is required on confirmation of each booking.
Cancellation Arrangements
We reserve the right to charge in full for all accommodation booked and subsequently cancelled subject to the time periods set out below. Every effort will be made to re-let your room, if successful, your non refundable deposit will be the only charge made, otherwise the charge identified below will stand. We therefore strongly recommend taking out an insurance policy to cover any issues such as cancellation or car breakdown, details of which are available on request.
By giving us your debit / credit card details you are authorizing us to charge your card for the reserved accommodation in full (subject to the above conditions).
